WHAT I'VE DONE
GAME CONCEPT
The first step of this project was putting on paper the concept idea that i had developed in my head during my 5 years at Rubika.
Once the concept was selected by the school to be a 5th year project, i then had to find other students interested in the project in order to create a team around it.

PUZZLE DESIGN
A big part of the game is the many puzzles that the player will have to resolve. With the design team, we had to come up with various puzzles utilizing the multiple window mechanics of the game in interesting ways.
We conceptualized a total of around 15 puzzles, then selected 7 of them to be part of the final game

LEVEL DESIGN
During the development, one of my task was coming up with different shapes of islands to iterate on the level design.
The main challenge was to find the ideal size of island in order to have enough room for all the puzzles, without having an island too big, so that the player doesn't have to spend to much time walking from location to location.

UI & GAMEPLAY PROG
One of the most important thing that we had to do, was making sure that everything worked in multiple windows, and that those windows were very easy to rearrange.
With that goal in mind, i did a lot of User Interface programming to make sure that the mechanics of using and mofifying the window layout were as straight-forward as possible.
